Dev.manual states that Repllog.exe, Aafobj, Rapisrv etc. are avialble for download. Please post the link.

repllog.exe and rapisrv.exe are ActiveSync/RAPI executables included in all ADS images. Since these files are not divorced from the OS, we do not have an an available download for them.
