I need a charting tool (library) for use with Windows CE 3.0 and eVC++. Please suggest where I could purchase such a tool.

I'm not aware of any commercially available charting tools for eVC for plain CE. There are a couple for Pocket PC, but I contacted the vendors and they confirmed that they are Pocket PC libraries only. It looks like you'll have to roll your own charting routines.
