BitsyX, Personality board, CE .NET 4.1
32MB SanDisk CF (SDCFB-32-101-00)
The CF module reads and writes correctly when connected to a laptop via the PCMCIA adapter or in the PCMCIA adapter in the BitsyX.
When installed in the CF socket on the Personality Module I am unable to copy files to it, I get an error message. Can't copy to it locally (from the CE screen), can't copy to it using ActiveSync.
When installed in the PCMCIA adapter in the PCMCIA slot I can read/write to it fine locally and via ActiveSync.
Second problem, copy files to it using my laptop (I'm doing it correctly, making sure I use the proper procedure before removing it) and then install in either the PCMCIA slot or CF slot on the BitsyX and the CF is empty. Put it back in the laptop, files are gone.
Third problem, tried loading CE .NET 4.1 latest build onto CF, place in CF slot on Bitsy, power it up and debug port warns of a checksum error on one file, acted like it didn't even see the other files.
Tried reformating the CF using FAT on the Bitsy, no difference, same symptoms. |
