Can someone please tell me what is the part number for this transistor? It blew up on my board and I am now trying to fix it to get it up and running again. What is the function of this transistor? Thanks.

What type of system is it (Bitsy, Graphics Master, etc.)?

Thanks for the information. Damage to a board can also mean other problems on the system. We typically don't support customers repairing ADS systems. Please consider returning your system to ADS for repair. To do so, complete the repair authorization form found at Topic 1476. Terms and conditions of ADS repair services are listed on the form.
