Q: I can connect with ActiveSync, but then the connection gets dropped. What are some possible causes?

1. You may not have set up hardware handshaking.

2. You may be using an older version of CE Services. Makes sure that you are using ActiveSync 3.0 or later. ActiveSync 3.5 can be downloaded here: http://www.microsoft.com/mobile/pocketpc/downloads/activesync35.asp
