Sphere Backlight Operation

This C++ class provides an interface for full operation and control of the blacklight on the Sphere board. The class communicates directly with the hardware for turning on and off the backlight and interfaces with the Sphere Backlight Driver for adjusting the backlight level.

Included is a Backlight Test Program that turns on and off the backlight several times, then ramps the backlight level up and down.
