Change to Right-Angle USB Header
Please note the following change to the TITAN board USB connector:
PCN10006 Titan USB pin header changed to right angle on standard builds.
To summarize, PCN10006 states that the USB header on the board has been modified from a vertical angle header to a right angle header.
Customers who wish to keep the original TITAN design with the vertical angle connector should contact Eurotech. |

Titan Flash Change Notice
This note is provided to highlight a change to the on-board NOR flash used on the TITAN board. The key difference is that the P flash requires slightly slower chip select timings.
On Linux based TITAN systems, RedBoot needs to be updated to v1i5 to support the newer device. Linux images created for the TITAN can be used on P flash based boards by applying the latest Redboot version.
On Windows CE based units, no change is required because the flash timings setup by eBOOT already meet the P flash requirements.
Boards ordered without an operating system are always supplied with Redboot v1i5 so would not be affected unless a user downgraded the RedBoot version by loading an older 32MB Linux flash image that contained pre-v1i5 RedBoot.
A copy of the PCN is available here: PN103-TITAN_PF32_FLASH_CHANGE - 17 KB
Linux image including Redboot v1i5: TITAN v4i3c Linux image w/ RB v1i5 - 12.4 MB
Redboot v1i5 files: TITAN Redboot v1i5 files - 237 KB
