Windows CE 3.0 Development Tools

Development for Windows CE 3.0 can be done with either eVC 3.0 or eMbedded Visual Basic (eVB) 3.0. Both eVC and eVB come with Microsoft's eMbedded Visual Tools 3.0 (eVT).

Along with eVT, you will need to install a Platform SDK. All ADS CE 3.0 builds are compatible with the Microsoft HPC 2000 SDK.

With eVC 3 one can do a build for older versions (2.11 for example) of the os.

So will eVC 4 do WinCE 3.0 builds?

No. eVC 4.0 is for CE.NET development only.
