Q: Is the price of Windows CE included in production releases of ADS products?

No. You must purchase Windows CE licenses from Microsoft. There are additional per-unit charges for use of the flash file system ("FlashFX").

ADS will load either the current build of CE or a build you specify on your boards before shipment.
